Booked the balcony room for 2 nights, spacious with large bathroom. Bag storage during safari. Stayed an extra night, loved the beautiful room, quiet garden, fresh breakfast, and friendly staff. Helpful manager and clear instructions. Comfortable bed and free WiFi. Taxi accessible despite location.

The hotel's decor was absolutely beautiful, with elegant furnishings and charming details that made me feel like I was in a cozy home. The general areas, such as the public spaces and the outside patio, were well-maintained and provided a serene atmosphere for relaxation. As a senior, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with spacious rooms that were easy to navigate and a quiet location that offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city.
The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people would be more assistance from the children working there. Although the staff were friendly and welcoming, it would have been helpful to have additional support or services specifically tailored to the needs of older guests.

I loved my stay at Villa Poa! The twin room I stayed in had a balcony where I enjoyed sipping tea and taking in the stunning mountain views. The room had an electric kettle and a private entrance, which made it feel like my own little retreat. The coffee machine was a nice touch too!
The only thing I didn't love was the tile/marble floor in the quadruple room. It felt a bit cold and impersonal.

I absolutely adored the charming and cozy decor throughout the hotel. It made me feel right at home and added a touch of warmth to my stay. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, which was a relief for a senior like me. Additionally, the staff at Villa Poa were incredibly considerate and helpful, always ensuring that I had everything I needed. Their kindness and attentiveness made my stay truly memorable.
If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more handrails or grab bars installed in the bathrooms. This small addition would provide extra support and help prevent any accidents, especially for those of us who may have difficulty with mobility.

This place is fantastic! The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a balcony terrace. The bathrooms are fresh and have hot showers. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure you have the best stay possible. The breakfast is delicious, serving omelettes, fruit, and pancakes. The common area is cozy, with a big couch in the living room and a beautiful garden. You'll meet interesting people here, as many are volunteering for different projects.
The WiFi can be slow at times, but it's not a major issue considering all the other amazing aspects of this place.

During our Christmas stay, we were delighted by the charming garden bungalows and the fun swinging beds. The staff, especially Lucy, provided exceptional hospitality, assisting us with whatever we needed. We couldn't get enough of the amazing avocado toast sandwiches Lucy made. Moreover, the key location of the hotel allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area. our experience was made truly amazing by the staff's charm and hospitality.
We were initially moved rooms due to a mix-up, which was frustrating. The first room was nice and clean, although a bit hot without a fan.
